According to Ogedegbe, “He is a very meek man of God with the sincere milk of the Word. I see this great God’s general of Isokoland as a Moses in our generation, a workman who correctly handles the Word of truth.”

Isaiah Ogedegbe also said, “Archbishop Apena devoted his entire life to God for the spread of the Gospel throughout Isokoland and beyond. He was a man who could speak truth to power, without fear or favour. For decades, he was a preacher of truth, an epitome of agape love, and true humility. He was selfless and committed to his calling.”

The pastor said he believes Archbishop Apena has gone to heaven, and prayed for God to give the Apena family the grace to bear the loss.
