UNICAL Holds Solemn Assembly Pray for Student and Nigeria

Like other times, the Vice-Chancellor fervently prayed for the University, staff and students thanking God for His faithfulness across zones while charging students to cooperate with lecturers and take their studies seriously as academic activities begins.

University of Calabar has held her Solemn Assembly in dedication of second semester 2021/2022 academic session into God’s hands.

The Solemn Assembly which always take place at the inception of every semester was held today by 11am at the University’s International Conference Center with the theme: Praise Ye The Lord.

The Assembly was graced with the presence of the Vice-Chancellor of the Institution, Prof. Florence Banku Obi, Deputy Vice-Chancellors Administration and Academics, Prof.(Bishop) Michael Okom and Prof. Angela Oyo-Ita, Bursar, Prince Joseph Odum, Registrar and Secretary of Council, Mr. Gabriel Egbe, Dean of Students’ Affairs, Prof. Tony Enyang, Directors, Deans, HODs, students and others.
