Vote of Confidence: Chief Lamai Congratulates President Tinubu

The party Chieftain who recently concluded a sensitisation tour of the South-South states said, uneasy lies the head that wears a crown and therefore, the President need the support, patience and prayers of all Nigerians in order to actualise the country of our dreams.

A Chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Chief Richard Lamai has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu over the vote of confidence passed on his administration by the National Council of State.

Speaking to newsmen in his office in Abuja, the party stalwart who was full of praises for the president said, the confidence vote came at a time the nation needed a soothing voice from the highest advisory body in the country.

He commended members of the council for rising up to the occasion of dousing the tension in the country, saying the confidence vote is a great morale booster not only for the president but the entire APC family and the country at large.

Chief Lamai who was the Deputy Director, Support Groups in the APC Presidential Campaign Council last year further added that the President has done well and is still on the right course of renewing the hope of Nigerians and does not need unnecessary distraction in any form.

He advised the youth to shun violence and embrace the ongoing multi-sectoral reforms of the Federal Government which have created numerous opportunities for everyone across the spectrum.
