Wardiere Oakmount plans to construct a N2.9 billion shopping mall in Abuja

As part of measures to boost local economy, a prominent Real estate company,Wardiere Oakmount has announced plans to construct a N2.9 billion shopping mall in Kuje area of Abuja, Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory.

The founder and Chairman of Wardiere Oakmount, Kunle Ilori, disclosed this in a statement during the week.

Speaking on his reason for embarking on such a massive project, Ilori explained that Kuje is a city positioned as a key commercial hub, adding that the development, which would feature an array of retail outlets and commercial units, promises to significantly boost the local economy and offer new shopping experiences to residents.

While highlighting the support of the Abuja Municipal Area Council, he revealed that AMAC has committed to positioning the first fire-fighting trucks and a new fire station near the entrance of the estate, a prime location within the development.

The Valley is only a 4 Four-minute drive from the prestigious 1,000-unit housing project, which was previously commissioned by former Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nasir El-Rufai.

He added that the Minister of the Federal capital territory, Nyesom Wike, will commission the project in March 2025.
