I am a final year student of B.Sc. Criminology and Security Studies at the National Open University of Nigeria, Jos Study Centre. From Kaduna State.

I had a dream; I have seen a vision, a revelation, may be a reality. We are living in a country though considered the giant of Africa, having the largest Economy in Africa but still developing. It is a known fact that not all average Nigerian families or in the whole of Africa like the Americans can boast of having the choicest of food three square a day, the food kept in a refrigerator that is run by electricity, or in the case of shelter, how many Nigerians can boast of living in a comfortable apartment, with air condition, lighted by electricity, with gas for cooking, hot and cold water available at all times in the kitchen and bathrooms, or washes and iron their clothes with easily operated electrical equipment, and receive entertainment twenty-four- hours a day by mere turning the dial of their radio or television etc. Come to talk of clothing; in the United States, the woman of average clothing requirements can dress very comfortably and neatly for less than $400.00 a year an equivalent of N66, 000.00 which is not obtainable in Nigeria or Africa at large. Why are these things mentioned above not obtainable in Nigeria or in the whole of Africa? This is because we lack human capital. We have undergraduates, graduates, masters, doctors and professors in different field of scholastic endeavors but lack the ability to organize and used their knowledge, changing it to material or monitory equivalent.

Therefore, I am proposing to establish an institution to help those who are willing to give their thought, ideas and organized planning in return for riches. Knowing fully what to do and how to do it. One sound idea is all you need to achieve success. A formula or subject that is not taught in all public/conventional schools and colleges which if taught it would revolutionize the entire educational system that the time spend in school could be reduced to less than a half.

Knowing and using this formula or knowledge that I am willing to offer to all Nigerians is the oasis in the desert of lost hope of which many Nigerians need.

Long before many of us were born this knowledge had found its way in the possession of Thomas A. Edison and he used it so intelligently that he became the world’s leading inventor, although had but three months of formal schooling, likewise Henry Ford the President of Ford Automobile Manufacturing Company. Another example is our own Aliko Dangote here in Nigeria he knew it, used it and it has worked and is still working for him. The ability to organize and use knowledge for economic benefits.
This practical and technical knowhow formula is education itself. What is Education anyway? In this regard; according to Napoleon Hill; Education is one’s ability to develop the faculty of his mind that he may acquire anything he want or its equivalent without violating the right of others.
Therefore this institution would impact knowledge in many Nigerians who will avail themselves to acquire knowledge which I called specialize knowledge it may interest you to know that there are two types of knowledge “general and specialize knowledge”

The facilities of the great universities in the world possess in the aggregate, practically every form of general knowledge known to civilization. While the faculty of the mind which I am proposing to establish has the practical know how on the organization and the use of knowledge for better productivity hence the economic development and freedom in Nigeria for Nigerians.

I am very determine about this and I am sure it is going to work. Psychologist has correctly said that “When one is truly ready for a thing, it puts in its appearance” the greatest asset one can acquire in the form of definite knowledge is that an intangible impulse of though can be transmuted into material rewards by the application of known principles.

Many people may ask how is this going to be possible. Nobody has ever done this, you see, success comes to those who become success conscious and failure comes to those who unsympathetically allow themselves to become failure conscious.

One of the main weaknesses of mankind is the average man’s familiarity with the term “impossible” He knows all the rules which would not work but know little or nothing about what will work.
Another weakness found in altogether too many people is the habits of measuring everything and everybody by their own impression and belief and so would come to a conclusion that it will not work.
Henry Ford was a success because he understood and applied the principle of success, the subject that is left out of school syllabus/curriculum holds the secrets of Mastery over the economic fate of our country Nigeria and the world over.

My desire to establish this life changing institution where human resources would be managed for Economic Development is not a hope! It is not a wish but it is a keen energetic desire, it is definite which will transcend everything else when given the playing ground to do so.
Give me the chance and be rests assure I will deliver as there is no such thing as something for nothing.

I have plans on ground on how to put all the machineries needed for the successful achievement of this great dream in place ranging from instructional materials such as computers, projectors etc., well furnished office/training centre and qualified instructors in the field of human resource management from the thinking faculty of the subconscious mind.

This institution at a start would provide job opportunity to at least 20 – 40 people in the areas of instruction, mentoring, secretariat work, administration and security/safety management and add to the Gross Domestic Product of our dear country.

This institution when established is capable of training both corporate organization and individuals on how to organize created ideas, develop them and change them into a huge production guaranteeing higher profits through the application of auto-suggestion to the subconscious mind. I want you to have this in mind; No one has ever been paid for that which he “knows” one can only be paid for what he does with that which he knows or induces others to do.

Therefore, this is a clarion call to all patriotic Nigerians who finds sense in this write up who have the same kind of vision like mine to either support this vision anonymously by sending their supports to the account N0: 0118087071 GTB, Dennis Godwin or call me on 0909671456 or 08132458809 for enquiry. Note: you can send me an e-mail to gsdennis4@gmail.com for contribution and advice.
Thanks in anticipation.
