2019 FULANICRAZY: Adesanya-Davies Rejects RUGA Colonies, calls it Fulanicrazy

The Presidential candidate of the Mass Action Joint Alliance (MAJA) Princess Prof. Funmilayo Adesanya-Davies speaking on Wednesday 28th June, 2019, in Port Harcourt, lend her voice to that of  experts, State Governors, Middle Belt, South-South and well meaning Nigerians to reject the proposal for RUGA Colonies in Nigeria.

Adesanya-Davies backs Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, said this could only  be referred to as, “government of fulani for the fulani by the fulani and calls it “fulanicrazy” rather than democracy. She added there is therefore an urgent need for a nationwide protest to end this madness of Fulanization and Islamisation of the nation Nigeria. Recall Adesanya-Davies was the only woman who presented a paper on the Grazing reserve bill in 2016 at the House of Assembly.

“The Buhari Administration has commenced construction of Cattle Colonies, rebranded “RUGA” in 36 States of Nigeria. The project has started in Kotongora, Niger State on a 31,000-hectare piece of land. The project will be initially replicated in 12 States with six (6) of such colonies to be constructed in each State.

What is RUGA aka Cattle Colony? “RUGA or Cattle Colony is a SETTLEMENT for Fulani Herdsmen, their families  and cattle/livestock. It will contain ranches, grass or feed farms, abattoirs, dairy, meat and skin/leather processing plants, housing, religious houses, schools, roads, power and water supplies and the complete range of infrastructure required to support and sustain an ultra-modern local government area.”

Apparently, “this game started long ago. Buhari was ordered by the Fulani world Council to make space for settling the Fulani as desertification encroaches. It is also in tune with their age long propensity for conquest, violence and political domination. It also is in tandem with radical Islam’s jihad, which is being spearheaded by the same Fulani. Remember also his pledge that Sharia must be spread.”

“The Fulani attacks will bring two results. Gain more territories to resettle the Fulani and spread Islam and Sharia. The Fulani World Council is using prominent Fulanis in Nigeria like El-Rufai, Buhari, etc. to create a conducive atmosphere to resettle Fulani of West and Central Africa in Nigeria. Remember Buhari has been the main patron of the Miyetti Allah group since 1998.”

Historically, “Hon. Justice Adewale Johnson Bans Open Grazing in Nigeria. What most Nigerians do not know is that there is an existing law against open grazing in Nigeria. It is high time states put this law into practice and end unprovoked killings by Fulani herdsmen.”

“I do not accept the contention of Defendants that a custom exists which imposes an obligation on the owner of farm to fence his farm whilst the owner of cattle allows his cattle to wander like pests and cause damage. Such a custom if it exists, is unreasonable and I hold that it is repugnant to natural justice, equity and good conscience and therefore unenforceable…in that it is highly unreasonable to impose the burden of fencing a farm on the farmer without the corresponding obligation on the cattle owner to fence in his cattle.” Sequence to that I banned open grazing for it is inimical to peace and tranquility and the cattle owners must fence or ranch their animals for peace to reign in these communities.”

This information should be shared widely so that state Governors should be aware of it. It is not known that anybody appealed against this decision, so in law any open grazing is a violation of the law. State Governors should setup Task forces that will enforce this law and arrest offenders.”

Sometimes again for instance, “It happened in Wase, Plateau State with grazing reserve but now turned to Wase Emirate, and we can see the current problems there. Also in 1987, the then Military Governor of Kaduna State, Lt.Col. Dangiwa Umar, established “Kachia Grazing Reserve” in the old Kachia Local Government area of Kaduna State. Three(3) years later in 1990, Kachia Grazing Reserve was re-named “Laduga Grazing Reserve”.

“LADUGA is a Fulani word. Ikulu and Adara tribes are the original indigenes in this location with almost 100 percent Christians. As of now, there is a fast growing town with the name “Laduga”. A Fulani man is now the District Head who is directly under the Emir of Zazzau( a Fulani), in  Zaria. Under normal situation, the District Head in  this place is supposed to report either  to Ikulu  Chiefdom or Adara Chiefdom. These are Christian Traditional Rulers, hence a Fulani District Head cannot be under any of them. Any moment from now, LADUGA EMIRATE will be established by Kaduna State Government.”

“Please note also that the indigenous people of this location have now been chased out of their ancestral place of origin. If Benue State indigenes  allow the so-called Ruga settlements to be established, the Fulani Emirs of Ukum, Tarka and Otukpo in future will not only rename these towns with Fulan’s names, but also our highly respected Paramount Chiefs –  HRM, the TOR TIV and HRM, the OCHI IDOMA will be disregarded and looked down.”  An account by – Jude Yange wall.

On the “Implications of the facts of RUGA/Fulani Cattle Colonies program.”

As an eminent Nigerian, Nnamdi Elekwachi has  asked: “The first and immediate question arising from Buhari’s  RUGA/Fulani Cattle Colony program is why,  by what justification,  and on the basis of which law of Nigeria  would Buhari undertake such massive immigration and resettlement of foreigners (West and Central African Fulanis) in Nigeria and on indigenous Nigerian lands. Certainly neither Nigerian Immigration law nor ECOWAS laws permit non citizens to enter Nigeria without passports.

Why would Buhari pursue such a most expensive massive immigration program to import and resettle more than 59 million foreigners on Nigerian lands at a time Nigeria is already over-populated and searching for effective means of population control?

When the World’s most powerful country, USA is building a wall on its Mexican border to stop a flow of only a few hundred thousand refugees, Buhari does the opposite by throwing  Nigerian Northern borders open and using Nigerian tax payers funds to invite and fund more than 59 million foreign Fulani for resettlement on indigenous lands at a time Nigerians are in hunger, penury and hunger.

There is no refugee problem or war in West and Central Africa that could be said to instigate such massive immigration of African Fulanis to Nigeria. Even so, refugees are usually provided temporary shelter in camps, not permanent settlement and such refugee programs are at the costs of the United Nations .

These Buhari foreign Fulanis are not refugees.  These foreign Fulanis are in Nigeria in contravention of Nigerian Immigration Laws. So why is Buhari seeking to forcefully legitimise and resettle illegal immigrants on indigenous lands of Nigerians?

Why do these Buhari foreign Fulanis carry AK47 and other military grade weapons freely and openly across the borders of Nigeria and all over the States of Nigeria?

Even so, why have Nigerian Army, Police and Security  Services failed and or refused to enforce Nigerian gun laws against these Fulanis? The Fulani Herdsmen Terrorists, Bandits/Kidnappers are known to have been engaged in terrorist activity all over Nigeria and continue to do so.

Why is Buhari rewarding terrorists and criminals with resettlement on Nigerian indigenous lands? Why would government reward terrorists rather than prosecute them? Above all why would terrorists be resettled on the lands of other indigenous nations of Nigeria? Why is Buhari bent on introducing whole six new Local Government Areas full of terrorists in States of other indigenous nations of Nigeria? Why would any state or nation accept such terrorist communities of foreign hostile citizens?

Why is Buhari hell-bent on destroying Nigeria???

“RUGA/Fulani Herdsmen Cattle Colony is outright declaration of Jihad! It won’t work without declaration of war  against the indigenous nations of Nigeria and defeating them in a war of conquest!

In RUGA/Fulani Herdsmen Cattle Colonies, his Rivers & Riverbanks Bill and support for and protection of Fulani Herdsmen Terrorists plus romance and collaboration with Miyetti Allah, Buhari is directly and indirectly making and levying war against Nigeria.

RUGA/Fulani Herdsmen Cattle Colony program is the largest  illegal migration in human history in terms of its size. It is unprecedented. It is also the greatest Jihad by stealth being executed through abuse and misuse of Presidential power and privilege to not only attempt to permanently enforce Fulani Caliphate colonisation of Nigeria, but also carry out eventual u fulanisation and islamisation of Nigeria without open declaration of war against the indigenous nations of Nigeria.

Every indigenous Nigerian has a duty to resist this Buhari Jihad. Any indigenous nation that accepts RUGA is already on their way to extinction from the face of the earth before they realise it. Ask the Hausa  Kingdoms of the North or the nations of the Middle Belt that have had to live a life of endless wars of self preservation against the Fulani Caliphate perpertual Jihad.” – Nnamdi Elekwachi.

Adesanya-Davies had suggested  in 2016, rather than provide grazing routes all over the country  for herdsmen and destroy a whole nation, the Sambisa forest should be put into proper use use. Again, *please let’s ask the government to put Sambisa Forest to good use.* The Sambisa is:

* 686 square kilometers;

* 6.8 million hectares;

* 68 million plots of 100 feet by 100 feet; and

* at 5 cows per plot, it can take 340 million cows.

340 million cows is 18 times the current number of cows in Nigeria.

The Princess Bishop Davies says, “You cannot give a double edge sword to a stark illiterate amateur because he will destroy himself and all others, it’s like toying with or towing the path of self-destruction for the Nation Nigeria.” Lets us help our government solve the Fulani herdsmen crisis. No RUGA aka Fulani Cattle Colonies in Nigeria.
