2022 IN-VIEW: Positive Thinking For The New Year -By Richard Odusanya

When faced with a big goal our perception of what is real and what we are capable of, can be faulty. You’ll never know until you give it your best effort. How many times have some of us, accomplished a goal and thought, “I can’t believe I just did that.” I feel most alive making other people’s lives better..it should be our new normal, not greed, self-centered mentality or lack of empathy. In our perfect ways. In the ways we are beautiful. In the we are human. We are here. Let’s make it ours.

New year is the glittering light to brightened dream-lined partway of future. our present circumstances don’t determines where we can go, they merely determine where we start. The bad news is time flies, the good news is you’re the pilot. Positive thinking isn’t all-powerful. Penalty for failure may help more in reaching our goals as we navigate the storms from the past years.

This is part of the reasons why many of us will make resolutions and set goals for the new year. … will start pursuing these endeavors with hope and a positive outlook. However, as a nation in dire need of change we need to approach the glorious years ahead with the spirit of a new normal… privileged to be part of the celebration of Christmas and hopefully the end of the year 2021. We cannot afford to take it for granted that a superior power to that which is in the physical has not been there for us. We therefore, remain on the side of gratitude and praising the Lord God our heavenly Father.

Therefore, it has become absolutely important for us to maintain a gratuitous mindsets and spirits, as we count-down to the remaining days and arrival in the New Year 2022. As a nation in dire need of divine intervention and genuine change. We as people, collectively owe it, as a duty and responsibility to chat a new course. This is in the spirit of celebration of Christmas and LOVE. Please permit me to continue with the admonition from the holy book the Bible, thus:

“…Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face between his knees,” (1 Kings 18: 42)

Beloved, Men who understand the future will always rule over men who only relish the present. Men who understand and appreciate the future are not fazed by the momentary comfort and enjoyment of those who only live for today. Men who understand the future know that as the future will one day become reality, someone must pray, plan and prepare the results it will bring.

Don’t be a man for today; be a tomorrow’s man; be a man who will birth the results of tomorrow.

1 Chronicles 12: 32 says: “And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do… all their brethren were at their commandment.”

“It always seems impossible until it’s done.”- Nelson Mandela
