The core of most things around the world is now about cool and confusion. If there are places people can reduce those, doing only what is really important, capitalism will be weakened.

Two of the problems that are likely to be encountered for any society that wants to replace capitalism is hierarchy and cool. In any human gathering, with good intentions for total equality, people often emerge as better at some tasks than others. Some tasks appear important than others. Those that are better at those tasks may be ranked higher than others.

In societies, there are people who do or act in ways that others admire. This admiration makes them seem cool or better than others. If there is something that made them cool, others would want it.
Even if the problem of hierarchy may be naturally difficult to solve, cool, which seems simpler may even be more difficult.

There are stretches of capitalism that should have failed if not for the pedestal of cool, assisted by confusion. Free market allows for several alternatives, but the need of cool, has made what should be usual alternatives become a deluge of confusion.

Products are generally meant to confuse people than to give alternatives. The bar for usefulness is wiped by extras that make people confused. Confusion has become a global trait.

It will be difficult to get any success against replacing capitalism, with whatever, without the problems of cool and confusion.

There is the conclusion that humans had survival of the fittest, but survival was maybe valid because it was purposeful. The same with reproduction, especially how new members of families, learned, played roles and helped as the parents aged. It was not just survival to survive or reproduction for birth.

Survival in past centuries was not automatic, so there was a higher purpose for it. Survival, with advances in the world at present, is almost automatic for many, and because the purpose ingredient of it is gone, confusion is inaugurated.

Confusion and cool are reasons social media remain successful. Confusion is why every trend is larger than those in the past. Confusion is why protests have become the purpose not the actual problem. Confusion is also why many people waste a lot of time on things, desiring or doing things to seem cool, without real usefulness.

Cool is almost a religion, in how actions or appearances have to fit. Many people want to sound or look cool, as it is a currency to drive some economic interest, big or small. Purposes are for cool, decisions are by confusion.
