Education is a powerful agent of change, and it improves health and livelihood. It also contributes to social stability and drives long-term economic growth.

Education and stability is the way of providing a suitable, convenient and stable place for learning to occur.

Students in tertiary education level are lacking of many things which had been affecting their academic in the school campuses. Though, it’s not everything that the school management will be able to provide for the students.

Many students come from a far distance in other to acquire and obtain knowledge. But unfortunately they land to their destination schools and feel guilty of themselves, blaming themselves if they had know they would have not chosen this institution and also this also lead them to be saying “school na scam”.

Students are paying fees for everything they are using in campus, like wireless network fees, ICT fees, library fees, sport fees, clinic fees and so on. But still students have not been provided with good educational stability.

With all what I have mentioned just earlier, students are still struggling with gloomy to use what they are paid for.

Many lecture halls are not suitable for student in learning, as the educationists says “classroom environment helps the learner to assimilate or concentrate in class”.

But many of the lecture halls in our tertiary institutions nowadays are dilapidated to the extent that some students always fear to receive lecture in the classroom.

The construction of big lecture halls is very crucial in our tertiary institutions. Just imagine a faculty full of two thousands plus students receiving lecture in a classroom which can only occupy a sum of five hundred students.

This seems inconvenient to students which actually makes some to be skipping the lecture if they can’t make it to come to class an hour before the lecture. They believe if they come to class when lecture has started, they normally remain standing. This was because the lecture hall can’t contain all the students.

Institution should provide a microphone for every lecture hall, this is most essential. Many students lack the ability of hearing from a far distance, imagine a classroom full of three thousand plus students with a teacher communicating with them without the use of micro phone.

Using of projector also helps students to assimilate and concentrate. As Kinder (1984) stated “learners generally remember 50℅ of what they hear and see. That’s why it’s very essential to be using projector in order tp facilitate the learning ability of the students.

Instructional materials to be distributed in classroom by the lecturer should be always straight forward. Students are given materials that are not even straight forward by the lecturers, this seems inconvenient for students to be able to comprehend.
