Olanipekun Olukoyede, the head of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), described how a 17-year-old online scammer known as a “yahoo boy” used his cellphone number to access his bank account information and BVN.

In a video message to stakeholders on Thursday, Olukoyede revealed this.
