JUST IN: Lagosians lament stressful collection of PVCs

Some Lagosians have lamented the stress that they had to go through to get their Permanent Voter’s Cards.

The residents spoke to our correspondent at the Rauf Aregbesola primary school, Shasha road in the Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos on Saturday, where the Independent National Electoral Commission had set up shop to bring the PVCs closer to Nigerians.
