Many at times I wonder how do things become excruciatingly fragmented in Nigeria. We always blame the leadership when we all know that we contributed immensely to the persistent failure of the system.

We forget that we collectively help in institutionalizing bribery, corruption, nepotism and many other social vices too ugly to mention, sometimes we blame the politicians who steer the affairs of the country. Oh come on! Is either we wake up from our intoxicated slumber or we continue to dwell in serious crisis (God forbids!)

So, folks, we gotta stop the blame game or even blaming the so called politicians and go back to drawing board to begin making plans for amend.

I always argue that, “it is the society that produces the politicians that should be blamed!” And not those we legitimately and consciously voted for in the name of exercising our franchise. Period!
