Mother Is A Warrior Who Deserves A Medal -By Maryam Adamu Sulaiman

Although this is not the first time of knowing the sacrifice of our parents especially mother’s in showing the love, caring and sacrifices of their lives through the needful things and emotional feelings that they have for their children’s.

We have all made sacrifices at some point in our lives, mother’s are most often commended for their selflessness and the sacrifices they make for their children, they usually give up on their children to inculcate good morals on them. In this case, a mother has a significant role in the everyday lives of her children and husband.

l believe that every mother has her won set of challenging circumstances specific to her and no individual has it more difficult or simpler because a mother who goes to work everyday to make money just to raise her children and to get them everything that they want. She had to cancel her plans with her friends or any activities just to pick us up from school, and in terms of sickness a mother will stay all day and night with a sick baby in other to take good care of her baby, she sacrifice her own mental, physical and emotional energy all the time in favour of the need of her children. Some mother’s might have to sacrifice their dream to stay as housewife so that their children may fulfill their dreams

A mother i once knew she will stay every day and night no food no and good clothes but her wishes is to get something for her children she sacrifice her food and clothes for them. no person other than a mother will be able to do such, this is because a mother share unconditional love for her child.

It’s so hard sometimes being a mother means lack of time for themselves, lack of understanding from others including their husband, having to deal with everything including work while exhausted, and being criticized by anyone for everything just because they are being expected to be the perfect mother, wife and professional while being tired and sleep deprived.

ln deed mothers are very strong and all they could think of is when they look after all their child and it’s worth it. All those things are the sacrifice of mother through the love and bond that exist between them, so how on earth as a human being seeing all caring and love that your mother show to you and even she sacrifices everything to you just to raise you and at the end leave her in careless condition especially in her old time, no caring and sympathy for her. In times like this try to treat your mother well give her what she want and treat her in a righteous way in other to see the best in your life.

Mother’s sacrifices and experiences have certainly opened our eye’s to the importance of planning ahead and prioritizing self-sufficiency for the sake of one’s retirement, regardless of marital status and choices made in life we now strive to become the woman that never forgets her own needs so that our sacrifices won’t lead to more sacrifice though our kids will have to make for us in our old age.
