NURTW: Stop parading yourself as NURTW president group warns

Members of PROGRESSIVE FORUM under the umbrella of: National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Southwest zone is calling on everyone to desist from recognizing Alhaji Tajudeen Ibikunle Baruwa as the president of the national union of road transport workers (NURTW). This is as result of a pending legal case presently in the appeal court.

This warning was contained in a statement signed by Alhaji Raufu Kolawole and Comrade Femi Ajanaku, chairman and secretary of the Forum respectively.

The April 30 National industrial court judgement is presently on a standstill as the case has been handed over to the appellate to carry on the matter.
Mr. Baruwa’s action as the president seized from the day the industrial court that presided over his case have handed off the matter. Any action by Mr. Baruwa is therefore nullified pending the decision of the higher court.
