Subsidy hardship: Be patient with Tinubu, Onanuga begs Nigerians

A spokesperson of the President Bola Tinubu’s campaign, Bayo Onanuga, has begged Nigerians to be more patient over the impact of the fuel subsidy removal and hike in the price of fuel.

Onanuga made this appeal in a statement via his verified Twitter handle on Wednesday.

The Tinubu’s campaign spokesperson, however, warned against hurling attacks on the Tinubu-led administration in response to the fuel price hike.

He stressed on the need for patience and understanding, as the entire nation is collectively facing the impact of the fuel price increase.

Meanwhile, Onanuga, has urged the public to wait for the palliatives promised by the federal government to cushion the effect of the hike in price fuel.

He expressed hope that these measures would alleviate the burden caused by the higher fuel prices.
