The elites initiative foundation an NGO focus on improve the lives of the people in rural area organized entrepreneurship mentorship for students in Kwara state university Malete.
The mentorship program which was organized by the NGO was held at the Malete Secondary School and have in attendance students across the university, who were mentored on the 21st century entrepreneurship skills.
The mentorship was borne out of the desire to mould out the best in undergraduate students of the university, therefore, serve as an eye opening mentorship for the attendees.
Speaking at the event, the guest speaker, Mr. Timi Joel a brand and growth strategist exposed the attendees to the need to equip themselves with 21st century skills, maintaining that certificate without required skills render the holder unemployable in the labour market, considering the competitiveness. As young people, we must acquit ourselves with the necessary skills, innovation and be an a agent of change cum a seasonal creator in other to contribute hugely to the development of the country. Such will serve as added advantages to us as young people.
