The bill woefully failed the first time in the 8th Assembly and must fail this second time no matter what in this 9th Assembly . Fellow country men protect yourselves from being surrounded by foreign herders because you will be surrounded and exterminated .

Call your representatives in the National Assembly at the House of Representatives and Senate EVERY DAY . Email them Everyday. Send them text and WhatsApp messages EVERYDAY. Visit them EVERYDAY until they do the right thing . Unite together with your traditional rulers , local government officials, members of your state House of Assembly , commissioners and governors .
It doesn’t matter which political party, ethnic group or religion you belong to defend your waterways from being confiscated by the Federal government like it did to the oil and gas of the Niger Delta . If you allow this bill to go through you will have to pay the Federal government for sinking bore holes at your backyard for domestic use and to use water from your streams and rivers to irrigate your farms . Your river banks and adjourning land will be given to foreign herders from the Sahel and you will lose your inheritance.
Fellow country men let your representatives at the National Assembly know that that their political career is finished if the bill succeeds . Tell them that you are not voting for them now and in the future if the bill succeeds .Tell them not to come back home if the water resources bill succeeds because it will be hell for them and members of their family . Let them know that you will declare them as traitors and Persona non gratas if the bill succeeds . Let them know that you will cause them and the cause shall follow them and their children and unborn generation if the water resources bill succeeds .
