Wike Promises to Showcase Tinubu’s Achievements in 20 Days
FCT Minister Nyesom Wike announces plans to spend 20 days highlighting President Bola Tinubu’s achievements in the education sector, saying the administration’s impact goes beyond infrastructure to major educational reforms.
Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has pledged to dedicate 20 days to highlight the achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration in the education sector within the FCT.
Wike made this known during the commissioning of newly completed engineering infrastructure in Wuye District, Abuja.
“We will take 20 days to show Nigerians — to show the social media presidents — what we have done in the education sector,” the minister said. “We are not going to rush; we will shock them with what we have done so they will understand that President Tinubu’s administration is not only focused on infrastructure and road networks but also deeply committed to improving education.”
He added that the series of project flag-offs and commissioning ceremonies would be paused after the 20-day period.
“I have told the Chief of Staff that we will round off our flag-offs and commissioning for now. Twenty days is not two days, so we’ll take a break and then return to concentrate on education,” Wike stated.
