2027 Elections: Benue APC Pledges Full Support for Governor Alia and President Tinubu’s Re-election

The Benue State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has reaffirmed its unwavering loyalty and support for Governor Hyacinth Alia and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections, pledging to work tirelessly for their re-election victories.

The state party chairman, Benjamin Omale, made this known shortly after attending an Award and Thanksgiving Mass organized by the Tiavnyam Development Foundation at St. Veronica’s Parish, Agidi, Akpagher-Mbatiav, where Governor Alia was honoured for his achievements in office over the past two years.

Omale praised the Foundation for recognizing the governor’s developmental strides, describing the award as a testament to the people’s satisfaction with his performance.

“The award is a reflection of the people’s satisfaction with the governor’s performance and their confidence in his leadership,” he said.

He assured that the APC in Benue State remains fully committed to supporting both Governor Alia’s administration and President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

“As we celebrate the Governor for the recognition, we assure him that the party in the state will continue to support his administration and the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu.
We also reaffirm the support of the party and its teeming loyalists to both the governor and President Tinubu ahead of their re-election bids. The APC in Benue will stand firmly behind them to ensure a resounding victory,” Omale declared.

The APC chairman also commended the Tiavnyam Development Foundation for its consistent support of the governor, urging other groups and communities across Benue to emulate the gesture.

“Any organization or individual that aligns with the administration’s development vision will always enjoy the backing of the APC in the state,” he added.

Omale expressed optimism that Governor Alia would continue to consolidate his achievements in key sectors such as infrastructure, agriculture, education, and healthcare, in fulfillment of his campaign promises to the people.
