The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof Mahmood Yakubu, on Wednesday said the February 25 and March 11 elections will hold despite the fuel scarcity and the limited availability of Naira notes nationwide.

Yakubu revealed this to State House Correspondents shortly after briefing the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), and others members of the Federal Executive Council at the State House, Abuja.

He said the commission has settled the two major possible obstacles to its operations; fuel scarcity and the scarcity of naira notes.
