Learning is said to be effective when we have a very good interaction between teacher, learner and learning environment, A favorable learning environment will attract effective learning no doubt, and other wise the learning will be no or less effective, Learning is about impacting knowledge, skills, attitude and value to a person to bring about desirable change in that person.

However in the situation whereby we found our self In no or less facilitated environment it will Inhibit the learning process and restrain the development of the learners and learners of today are said to be the leaders of tomorrow of which the leaders of tomorrow will be denied access to quality education.

In the history of Nigeria which is the most populated Africa country, Education is a priority and the government has made efforts to increase access to education, by introducing more professional and non professional courses, but these are done with no appropriate infrastructure and learning facilities, like buildings, learning materials and more. And this will only hinder effective learning.

In some Nigeria university courses over one thousand students were admitted but less classes were provided, and this alone slow the learning process and make some students uninterested in their course of study and makes their development suffer the lack of infrastructure.

It’s only in Nigeria University you Will see a student of physical and life sciences cramming formulas and every theoretical aspect of his field, but no practical attached and doing so they might forget, because a Chinese proverb said “ What I hear I forget, what I see I remember and what I do I understand” practicing some of the aspects of their learning will make them understand even more but no provision for practical as lecture halls are not even enough for some.

Many universities in Nigeria are facing challenges with providing quality education due to limited resources and funding. And the best solution is for the government to prioritize education and invest in the future of its citizens. Limited funding has resulted in a shortage of qualified teachers, outdated curriculums, and inadequate facilities. And many universities have been forced to increase tuition fees to compensate for the lack of funding, making it difficult for students from low-income families to attend.
