NURTW crises: stop parading yourself as president

Without any bad blood, “you can’t be a judge in your own case” which doesn’t give Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa the moral right to be asserting himself on everyone. We support the reform and effort of Alhaji Yasin and Issa Ore…..

Based on a statement circulating on social media, calling out Isa Ore, Alhaji Yasin and M.C Oluomo and condemning Alhaji Yasin on his role so far and the letter of awareness to stop rating Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa as the president of NURTW.

It’s so unfortunate that the crisis caused by the administration led by Ibikunle Baruwa have led many astray as they are consciously, unconscious of the attrocities of Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa. Baruwa can not be regarded as the president as the case still lies in the appeal court for judicial surgery.

The media tigers of Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa are only looking for public sympathy and it is necessary to use the constitution of: National union of road transport workers NURTW to buttress the point even though the caucus of Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa are lagging in the constitutional interpretation.

1, the election of Mr Baruwa can not hold as it lacks merits and credibility vis-a-vis as at the time of the so called election, nothing less than 60% of the states in south west were proscribed because of maladministration and corrupt act of Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa which article 8 section 1 of nurtw mentioned and this is the zone of Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa.

2, the writers campaigning and condemning the activities of Alhaji Yasin, Isa Ore and co lacks knowledge of what trustee means…. Agba Egbe is what is referred to as trustee and it is glaring in Article 31 section 6(ii) of the constitution, the function of the trustee in times of crisis like this, when there is crisis and misunderstanding in the union.

Without any bad blood, “you can’t be a judge in your own case” which doesn’t give Alhaji Ibikunle Baruwa the moral right to be asserting himself on everyone. We support the reform and effort of Alhaji Yasin and Issa Ore…..

Baruwa should let the court decide and he he should leave the union alone.
