There is no greater tyranny than that which is perpetrated under the shield of the law and in the name of justice.” Montesquieu

Injustice is the bane of underdevelopment and chaos at all realm of life. While justice is the safer lane upon which development and peace can be attain at all level. Thus, his is a quite universal fact.

Until we accept the law which clearly gave the poor equal right, we will never live a happy life. The dine law that promote peace by ensuring justice through retributional justice is the only way to peaceful coexistence in our awful communities. An eye for an eye, limb for limb, slave for slave, son for son, ear for ear and above all life for life. This simple law will deter many from committing criminal crime for people loves their lives dearly.

With dearth of such genuine law the ugly cases of death, rape and physical assault and all other sort of criminal practices would never cease to thrive so long as people forsake divine law for such nasty and unjust man-made law. Let’s ponder much about this and provide ourselves a positive unsentimental response, I’m sure we will get improved.

Perhaps many have succeeded in casting a repugnant look to the truthful ” law of retribution ” to which they view as too archaic system of governing people affairs. Though it has been practiced by many ancient cities to which those people revere the most and flaunt to copy from them when it comes to modernization question.

Athens, greek, spartans and other ancient historic terrains where once governed on that basis. Such law of which today we tame as barbaric had saved many from being beast for they were fully aware that once they launch their draconian and animalistic act upon any folks, they won’t Scott free, meanwhile they would rather face such evil as an outcome of their vilification.

Furthermore, this alone depicts how institutionally and socially well structured past cities are ahead of us today. Despite them living in a Paleolithic age such sumptuous practices retain them their social class of grandeur that no city in today’s world can challenge them in such aspect. They have lived a lively life with full of purpose to the brim.

To imitate and emulate religion doctrinal provisions on that aspect of particular law to save society from experiencing an excessive abominable act bloodshed is paramount in this contemporary devilish world. Because we have now reach to to point where everyone is free to possess the whims to kill, brutally injure and live a peaceful life ahead.

Let’s imagine this, if to say we have follow the footsteps of those highly organized ancient cities our contemporary juries wouldn’t have filled with miscreants as this. However, to say they were too old to be emulated, because they are outdated practices then it’s akin to romancing ignorance in the name of civilization and modernization.

Also, as how many ungodly groups and gangs are being evolve this days is something scary and the world have to weary of them. The thrive of the likes of terrorist cliques of Alqaeeda, Isis, BH and other bloody oriented organizations are all as the results of abandoning such beautiful laws which place everyone at it sight as tantamount to other. No more discrimination talkless of favoritism when it comes to justice room.

This nature of unjust society add more psychological burden to the heads of poor folks which some times lure them to suicidal act, or venturing themselves in to any unwelcoming sort of criminal acts just to save their psyche from the indelible wrath of anger which was brought by brazen injustice practices in the community.

Concomitantly, Coercive laws are more strengthened under the new modern law system than that of the ancient ones for contemporary laws often sound favorable to elites class and such makes them hit wherever they feels like without expecting something worse as the outcome of their jungle acts.

To live a life with purpose, people need an equal right of living as how nature ordained. Let no one posit more chance of living than the other simply because they have more material world at their side unlike the rest. And when one invite evil by his hand or tongue, let them receive the exact price of their actions with devoid of favoritism and sentiment.

Though the past communities never lived a life of an utmost justice for the fact they are not exposed to the technological era as of today’s world, we can excuse them for that reason but we can’t afford to extricate the strident world of ours for supporting criminals and criminality acts of elites against the most weaker class of poor folks.

For world to positively improve there is outright need for making a u-turn to ancient laws thereby imitating the justice ones which will favors the live of the majority beings. Moreover there won’t be any sort of social atrocities or mayhem when justice is duly served upon all irrespective of class affiliation or race.
