UPDATE: Junior Pope’s corpse moves to Enugu for burial
Though the late actor’s family has not yet disclosed a funeral plan, there are signs that the actor’s bones would be buried as soon as feasible.
The late Junior Pope’s remains have been transferred to his hometown of Enugu State for burial. Junior Pope passed away on Wednesday in a boat accident at the riverside of River Nigeria Cable point, Asaba, Delta State, along with four other casualties.
Opinion Nigeria discovered that the late actor’s body was transferred to Enugu on Friday following a series of rites offered to placate the river goddess.
The deceased’s wife, who had been in Asaba since the tragic event, departed for Enugu on Friday night as well.
