Blacks Lives Matters: A Phrase Not Only For The Dead -By Fakinlede Pelumi
It should matter when he or she is still alive. Those whites that carry cards after a black man is murdered are only trying to appease the media. Our lives as a blacks should matter more when when we are alive not dead.
I will be raising many issues in this article and I will like my readers to see reasons with me. We only hear the above subject when a black fall victim to death in the hands of white supremacists. So why is it that it is when a black man is killed that the world remembers that Blacks lives matters. First and foremost from my own view, the phrase should be Blacks lives matters not Black lives Matters. I have a big issue with that phrase, if you say black lives matters, to me it doesn’t mean the negros race but some people with the attributes of being black but blacks are people of the African descents whose lives should matter to the entire world.
Now to the other side of my argument, Blacks lives should not matter when the black man is dead. It should matter when he or she is still alive. Those whites that carry cards after a black man is murdered are only trying to appease the media. Our lives as a blacks should matter more when when we are alive not dead.
The importance of our lives should begin with the image the western media give us, blacks are not destroyers, we are builders. We are not gangsters but gladiators that make life worth livings. We are part of a progressive society and we can never be the devil. The western media needs to respect our rights as blacks that we never chose to be blacks, we were made blacks.
The government of the world and most especially African government should stand up to protect our rights and lives. There is no invention made among men that a part of the discovery doesn’t have a black man’s ingenuity but yet we are seen as a second feeder every where we go. Let the government of the nations of the world institute a death penalty for anyone who take the life of a black man be it white or black murders.
Blacks lives matters should be seen in the area of employment and education. Before you see a black vice president of a corporation in advance countries, you would have met ten whites yet with same certifications even more job opportunities aren’t equal. Blacks are hustlers and survivors, they will do everything to make life better for themselves and their families and yet it is the same goal the other races have but unbalanced opportunities. It is as funny as a Asian labourer with little skills and education comes into a black country to supervise a job and he get to boss an educated and experienced black just because of his skin colour
Lastly Blacks lives must matter in the area of health. During the saga of Coronavirus, Donald Trump threatened to sue Chinese government for the virus and the head of the Chinese government responded that America too needs to face the penalty for HIV AIDS showing that both AIDS and Coronavirus are laboratory made to target a particular people. Why are we shouting Black live matter when our activities is to ruin every black.
My Black live doesn’t matter when I am died, infact I am useless to myself, family, Nations and the world as a dead man. So if blacks lives matters, it should matter most when we blacks are alive.
