Manage your time effectively: Plan your study schedule well in advance of exams so that you have enough time to cover all the material without feeling overwhelmed.
Seek help when needed: If you’re struggling with certain topics, don’t hesitate to ask your teachers or classmates for help. Understanding the material will reduce the urge to cheat.
Stay organized: Keep your notes, textbooks, and study materials organized so that you can easily review them when needed.

Practice honesty: Remember that cheating is not only unethical but can also have serious consequences for your academic and professional future.

Focus on your own performance: Instead of worrying about what others are doing, concentrate on doing your best and achieving your own goals honestly.

Stay away from peer pressure: Don’t succumb to pressure from friends or classmates to cheat. Stick to your principles and focus on your own academic integrity.

Addressing exam malpractice requires a multi-faceted approach involving preventive measures and consequences for offenders. This includes:
Strengthening exam security measures such as proper invigilation, random seating arrangements, and the use of technology to detect cheating.
Implementing strict penalties for those caught engaging in exam malpractice, including suspension, expulsion, or legal consequences.
Promoting a culture of academic integrity through education and awareness campaigns.

Encouraging teachers to create assessments that emphasize critical thinking and application of knowledge rather than rote memorization.
Providing adequate support and resources for students to prepare for exams, reducing the temptation to cheat due to pressure or lack of preparation.
With the above point of mine I strongly believed that once students adhere to this and institutions provide a conducive environment I think the students avert themselves from such act and come out glorious and colorful in their academic journey.
