Today, our hearts are heavy with grief as we bid farewell to a man whose life was a shining example of dedication, wisdom, and service. Dr. Adamu Fika, a name synonymous with integrity, has departed from our midst, leaving behind a void that can never be filled.
In some of his role as the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), immediate past Pro-Chancellor of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, and the Waziri of Fika Emirate Council in Yobe State, Dr. Fika exemplified what it meant to be a true statesman. His service to our nation was not just a duty but a calling, marked by unwavering commitment to the betterment of our society.
