Gov. Yusuf Mourns Death of Ex-ANPP Governorship Candidate Salihu Takai’s Wife
Kano State Governor Abba Yusuf has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Hajiya Zainab, wife of former ANPP governorship candidate Salihu Takai, describing her as a devoted mother and compassionate woman while praying for her eternal rest.
Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has expressed profound sorrow over the passing of Hajiya Zainab, wife of Alhaji Salihu Takai, a former governorship candidate of the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP).
In a statement released on Monday by his spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawakin-Tofa, the governor described the late Hajiya Zainab as “an obedient wife and a devoted mother who will be greatly missed for her compassion and empathy.”
Governor Yusuf conveyed his heartfelt condolences to Takai and his family, praying that Allah grant her soul eternal rest and give the bereaved family the strength to bear the loss.
