Letter To Justice Mohammed Saulawa -By Comfort Enoch Istifanus

I also want to call on your attention to be careful and remain calm in this whole chaos. The lack of casualties in the whole situation and books backups in the e- library should be able to reduce tension in you. Also ensure that the outcome of the investigation is made public just as requested by the PDP to erase all speculations.

Justice Mohammed Saulawa

It is with a heavy heart that I write to sympathize with Justice Saulawa over the fire incidents that engulfed your chamber early Monday morning, 25th of September in Abuja. It is so unfortunate that your office has been affected in which books and furniture among others were burnt down, accept my heartfelt sympathy.

I also appreciate your explanations reported by the punch newspaper which says “He dispelled speculations that the appeal recently filed by the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, and his Labour Party counterpart, Peter Obi, challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu were razed by the fire”. This statement has reduced tension in whomever tension might be raised.

I also want to call on your attention to be careful and remain calm in this whole chaos. The lack of casualties in the whole situation and books backups in the e- library should be able to reduce tension in you. Also ensure that the outcome of the investigation is made public just as requested by the PDP to erase all speculations.

Lastly, amidst this chaos, ensure that the safety of sensitive documents and classified information are guaranteed as some people might take advantage of the situation to get access to your office. I pray you will stand strong through out the situation.
