Dear friends,

As we gather here today, united in our pursuit of justice and freedom, I urge you all to stand together and advocate for the peaceful means by which a country or sovereign state should fight for independence or a referendum. We must strive to achieve our goals while upholding the principles of non-violence, international recognition and support, legal frameworks and constitutional processes, as well as dialogue and negotiations.

It is with great urgency and concern that I call upon the international community to lend their steadfast support to our cause. We must seek recognition from nations around the world, appealing to their conscience and their commitment to upholding democratic principles. Through peaceful means, we can garner the support of diplomatic channels, highlighting the aspirations and rights of the Indigenous people of Biafra.

To ensure transparency and fairness, I propose that any referendum or similar process be conducted under international supervision. This will help prevent any potential electoral malpractice and ensure that the will of the people of Biafra is accurately reflected. Such supervision also offers an opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to democratic processes, strengthening our legitimacy on the global stage.

Moreover, it is vital that we engage in constructive dialogue with governmental authorities, seeking a diplomatic resolution that addresses the root causes of our grievances. Negotiations should be founded upon respect, understanding, and a willingness to find common ground. Through dialogue, we can bridge the gaps that divide us, building a future that values the diversity and aspirations of all citizens.

In our pursuit of justice, we implore the release of Nnamdi Kanu, a leader whose voice resonates with the Indigenous people of Biafra. His incarceration disrupts the very principles of justice and freedom that we strive to uphold. Let us call for his release and ensure that all individuals exercising their right to peaceful dissent are protected and respected.

Finally, we must not overlook the plight of the Indigenous people of Biafra, who have long suffered under systemic injustices. Let us stand in solidarity, advocating for their rights, sovereignty, and self-determination. Together, we can build a future where every voice is heard, every aspiration respected, and every community thrives.

In the spirit of peace, justice, and unity, let us work tirelessly to achieve our goals through peaceful means, international recognition and support, legal frameworks and constitutional processes, transparent referendums, dialogue, negotiations, and above all, the protection of every individual’s fundamental rights.

For a brighter future,
