We Don’t Hate Buhari! -By Abdulrahman Yunusa
As they famously said “an empire last long even in the hand of disbeliever so long as he will render justice to his people and it couldn’t last even in the hand of a believer so long as he will fail to deliver justice to his people.”

“I belong to everybody and I belong to nobody” – PMB 2015.
For me, honestly I don’t see anything wrong in his above claim, for that what any sensible folk have to behave, and of course we believe Buhari is one of them. In addition to that, Buhari as a Model to millions of Nigerians we should therefore inculcate his sumptuous habits to prove him as a giant model indeed, so that’s the reasons behind why we criticize and disown him politically some times.
Many among his diehard fans who many consider loving their idol unconditionally is part of nationalism and patriotism are sentimentally misconceiving and irrationally accusing us of hating PMB because we are ardent critics his hurtful anti-masses policies.
And when say he failed us, he unhesitatingly used to aptly exhibit so in his actions against many bad omens of which we voted him to deliver us from, still they ( His fan ) got angry for that. Perhaps Insecurity and negative economic matters are the basis of which we often judge him upon, because he lied to us that he can fixed them. Better know this.
Honestly it’s not Buhari that we loath, but his leadership style. That’s the truth that many failed to conceive deliberately also that makes them often see us as enemies of Bubu and his administration and to some extent they view us as enemies of Nigeria as a whole, what an injustice this is?!
We don’t care who the hell anyone is, so long as he will makes our lives better and extricate us from the trap of economic and social vices, then we must welcome him with an open hands warmthly. For that’s all we have been craving for and that’s what lured us to go for Buhari at dark hours but unfortunately here we are today, the places are getting more gloomy than they are prior to his coming.
As they famously said “an empire last long even in the hand of disbeliever so long as he will render justice to his people and it couldn’t last even in the hand of a believer so long as he will fail to deliver justice to his people.”
Therefore, as for me, I love Buhari in person as a human with rattling appearance and enticing dress fair reputation. The point and the aspect I can’t hesitate my self to callously detest is his inability to deliver promises he took while campaigning. Nothing but that, simple.
And if you want to insult us for that, just do it, you are free to do whatever you feels like but you can’t change the fact that he is a colossal failure to Nigerians for his coming has worsen the situations of Nigerians at almost all angles. Nevertheless, it’s high time for you to know we criticize Buhari govt for the betterment of all not ourselves, for we are not in anyway better than others who are suffering much from his policies.
May Nigeria never witness another Buhari version as their leader. For ee have learned the bitter lesson from the one we madly loved during election in 2015 and here we are today. He ended up mocking us calling us unprintable names just because we cry for his inept and mediocrity.
Imagine there was a point in time that Bubu openly told Nigerians that anyone who can’t endure the way country is moving he/she should leave the country. Huh ! Are we really cursed for having such person as our leader. A leader that can be mindful of his words while addressing his angry masses is that one a leader, a Democratic one for that matter.
I furiously wonder how we get there sincerely because it’s hard to be receiving such latent and gutter treatment from the one we loved and enjoy to see the most. Yeah, I can now guess we are paying the price our sins for having such Man as our leader.
For justice and truth sake, we shall never cease to politically and democratically bash and criticize PMB unless he change his leadership paddles of which he misplay us while floating us upon the dark see of which many are getting drown yet he no mind to rescue them.
Meanwhile it’s high time to remember, we have a country to protect of which the next generation will judge us based on it, not a personality to worship frantically who couldn’t change our tasteless narratives.
Unlike before, we are now getting wiser than one could ever think of and we shall never repeat such disastrous mistake of 15 and 19 again when it comes to political issues. We will henceforth chose the one with human heart who will make our lives look good than making our lives hell as slaves.
May Nigeria succeed 🙏
