Where Should Malam Umar Namadi, the Jigawa State Governor Elect Start? -By MD Suleiman
The outgoing administration deserve commendation for doing it’s best in building schools facilities. Those schools are in high demand of teachers and modern teaching and learning materials. When Govenor elect resolve to recruit teachers in every level, provide and use modern curricular in schools, our education system will be more functional and meet our sociatal needs.
In order to succeed in leadership, efficiency, resourcefulness and previous experience are some of the criterion for an appointive position, be it government, company or political When people consider a person who possses these qualities, their problems will be mantled in an easiest way.
It’s utterly Happy that God in his power has chosen Malam Umar Namadi as the new governor of Jigawa with a track record as public servant and will be swear in on 29 May, 2023 .Henceforward, people will be expecting the onset of their promise fulfillment.
Governor (elect), Should work with people whose expertise will foster the overall productivity and focus on the following first two key areas for the rapid development of our state:
1.Education
2. Employment
√ Education, is the key to increasing economic efficiency and social reliability. Through education many problems like poverty, ililiteracy and other social vices could be solve if wisely use and will pave a good way to pilot Jigawa State to the high level.

√ Employment: As one of the poverty bearing State, it is prudent to introduce poverty alluviation programs that will touch lives in positively . A powerful measures should be taken to bring it to its lowest ebb,thereby fighting it dramatically using an economic instruments such as employment opportunities, economy empowerment, skills acquisitions and agricultural supportive materials. This, no doubt will enhence economy stability in the state since Jigawa is dominated by both peasant and commercial farmers who are routinely into dry and wet season farming activities and need government attention in order to increase their productivity.
