Halima Abubakar: Apostle Johnson Suleman Is Innocent Just Like Bishop Elijah Orhonigbe
I can say that Halima Abubakar is just another Stephanie Otobo or Miracle Omalor who should not be taken seriously. She seems to be a paid liar who is out to tarnish the image of the reputable man of God.
Bishop Elijah Orhonigbe is a Warri-based bishop accused of rape in 2020. He has since been discharged and acquitted by a court in Nigeria.
When his arrest made headlines in the newspapers, on 13 June 2020 I wrote a short article that seemed to defend Orhonigbe, titled: “Bishop Elijah Orhonigbe: Why Christians Must Not Be Quick To Judge And Condemn -By Isaiah Ogedegbe”. There I said, “that preachers have enemies too. If they cannot succeed in killing you, they rubbish your good name, tarnish your image and destroy your credibility. Recall that Staphanie Otobo confessed she was paid a lot of money by politicians and pastors to implicate Suleman”.
Three years after I penned down these words, another woman Halima Abubakar has come out to accuse Apostle Johnson Suleman of sleeping with her and impregnating her. I can say that Halima Abubakar is just another Stephanie Otobo or Miracle Omalor who should not be taken seriously. She seems to be a paid liar who is out to tarnish the image of the reputable man of God.
