When a guide takes a wrong turn, the feedback would definitely be contrary to the aimed Gold! Menace in disguise is the most devastating evil and the only thing necessary for such evil to triumph in any society is for it to be neglected, unchecked or unattended. ( Engr Ramat)

The epithet “GANDUJIYA ( Red cap revolutionist), die hard supporter or devotee, rigidly stout and stalwart loyalist or a change agent will not and can never be detached from my name” yes i was and i still I am, but fact are sacrosanct and should always prevail over and above personal whims or any mundane aggrandizement, what we did, what we have been doing plus what we are still doing isn’t particularly for GANDUJE as a person but for our dear state, as I am known for my frankness and down to earthiness in which I am unequivocally non apologetic, I owe it a duty to continue accessing issue from their face of value while diagnosing incompetent, undoings, inaction or mismanagement devoid of sentiment or any political rhetoric.

We have been gently pushing this issue for being highly optimistic that the foot print left by Kwankwaso in the sand of time would rightly be taken but to no avail, deterioration remains the out put of the system in question, for this reason and it’s like we decided to let the whole cat out , let everyone see and hear what have been transpiercing between this government and the so called foreign students, this time around no retreat no surrender, not even a single fear no matter the intimidation ( through phone calls and physical threat), if it’s death mine is already a sacrifice.

It’s a time for introspection and then circumspection to circumscribe Nigerians irrespective of his/her state or region away from a bunch of Hawks and vampires masquerading as elders and statesmen.

What people ought to first be reminded, however, is that the kano state Government under Dr. Rabiu musa kwankwaso as part of its effort to empower youths sponsored thousands of student to different Universities abroad to study various courses, that was the germane topic dancing on many tongues which has occupied the front banner in all public discussion courtesy of the scheme highly nutritious profile during Engr Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso but today under the Governor GANDUJE the whole tunes has in contrast to the KWANKWASIA taken a new dimensions ( Am sorry: the aimed has been defeated).

Its good to talk while we still can, better to alert while it’s still not too late and its the best act to dispassionately contribute while compassionately commenting as to influence decision of the concerned people and other interested parties, in this spectrum we can submit our efforts to skew the government statistically generated policy toward doing what is the most affluently needful for the masses, I therefore employ you ( GANDUJE’s devotees) to either join us or at list give a hitch free way.

It’s really appalling enough to give heart attack and hypertension to see this Government we strived and voted for with our hard sweat, sliding into the loop we have been hell-bent praying not have ever fall in. From democracy definiendum ”Government of the people by the people and for the people” the central unit is “people” therefore people’s ( our) opinions is a Gold for that I will be in compendious laconic lacuna but not recapitulation.

We had hope, we had high expectations, thinking that once GANDUJE get to throne that would mark the beginning of another fresh KWANKWASIA, some where even expecting it to be better then the kwankwasiya, we were very much optimist that at list the degree of love for the masses and especially educational system will remain same as the previous Government.

Today, as a result of a lip service this Government is paying to the scholarship scheme many students staying in diaspora in the name of the system have turned to mere beggars as they have no money to buy food, pay for astronomical rent prices, electricity bill, transportation or other essential needs let alone hospital charges. Even those who are through with their program/course are being firmly tarried after their sojourn for they have no means to travel back, these sequences of avoidably catastrophic life goes on and on with no end in sight,

They intentionally were taken from their parent houses and carelessly dumped in diaspora where nothing is for free, even water to drink or bath attracts its own exorbitant rate, the students were left at their own mercy, so i asked “How can study goes with financial problems? how can one understand what he is being thought while his stomach is banging for food? How possibly can such educational goal be hit while financial issues are vehemently striking the principle matter( students)? So it was, so it’s and so it shall remain until we raise our voice to be heard from all angles.

Among many, the case that baffles me most is the issue with 50 Nurse students in Almansura University Egypt, in which 90% of them were civil servants, working and earning salaries with which they look after their families for most of them are married, they were called from their places of work to go for the scholarship so that the number of nurses in the state will increase, that was the Vision and Mission, that was when they were being promised a full scholarship including upkeep, but it was after they spent more than six months then they were given only $250 as an upkeep for the next six month, how can a mere $250 possibly sustain living in Egypt for 6 months? to make the matter worst, Government stop their monthly salary payment immediately after their departure, the students has done all what they could to have a listening ears from the Government, including meeting the former Secretary to the state Government who promised to the curtail the situation ASAP, they even contacted the Governor himself who made same promised as the Secretary but all in vain, today has marked more than a year of their suffering, battling with such miserable life condition.

What will surprise you the most, is that while those students were crying out loud for help, the Kano state Government sponsored another list of about 150 students, mostly children of politicians who are now having a field day in kano courtesy of their firm and tenacious grip in the Government, those politicians who have been siphoning from the system ( the action which lead to sending many batches of students to dilapidated and mushrooms universities, examples too numerous to mention), the students were sent to Egypt with their total upkeep, everything needed plus what may be needed including transient financial expenses has been taken care of, by the Government, what a father? ( father that gave medicine to his younger healthy child to keep for future use but neglecting his elder son who is battling with sickness).

Its of course a fall back plan and joker in the park Governor GANDUJE and his aids have been using ever since he got on the throne to hold the successive government to ransom for according to them no matter how much they will let to flow into the system, the whole credit will still goes to Kwankwaso, now that the situation got worst beyond redemption, they are sinusoidally driving the system as to change the bearing of the credit toward themselves no matter the casualties.

Its not die hard to space constraints, to bring a permanent and effective remedy to this saga, we should and must to trace back to its core, understanding the born of contention thoroughly is very essential, this issues is very much grandeur menace requiring much more than attention to be suppressed or totally ejected out of our innocent Society otherwise those student who were expected to gain and add more to their bunch of eruditions from the wealth of which future generation may tap, will end up acquainting an opposite moral decadence (God forbid).
‘We Need Governance Not Grudges’!!

Our interest is at stakes, not any political or parochial interest. Most of us are non partisan politicians and will not keep quiet while some egocentric and prebendal politicians hold us by the jugulars. I therefore, propose in the interim that to save our golden reputation as well as the state’s image in the eyes of the world; Governor Ganduje should show leadership by carrying all people along in distributing power and resources, he need to be magnanimous in victory by discarding the renting of all the luckies lurking crump around him, they don’t meant for him or the masses, he shouldn’t allow them throw spanner into the work ( i mean those politicians masquerading behind the system).

He should heavily descend on all saboteurs from within and outside the system, no matter their political leanings and inclination. Political will, must be displayed translucently to deal with the perennial and parochial problem, he should as a matter of urgent pay attention to those innocently poor students to amicably solve their problems, after which if in his statistically generated 2017 budget came up with something more beneficial and efficient than the schoolarship scheme, then he may stop or deter the program, this way his image, reputation, political carriers and the life of those students can be saved.

Kano state is ours and we are very much entitle to our opinions on how to make it better.

God save kano and “kanawan Dabo”
