My Dream Action Towards Leadership of Nigeria -By Hussain Hamzah
I will employ more young people into the armed forces of the country for security purposes. And I will also make sure I provide comprehensive resources as well as rigorous training for them to be well experienced in the battlefield towards defending the country.
If I was being given the opportunity to serve as Nigerian leader, I will work towards deconstruct corruption amongst public services and private individuals through positive actions with policies because the problem we are talking about in those institutions is not the absence of beautiful pieces of legislations or adequate enforcement mechanism, but failure of relevant authorities to discharge their duties accordingly due to their corrupt mindset and self interest motives.
I will make sure I introduce a deterrent punishment for persons who in any small or big way engage in corrupt practices based on constitution irrespective of that particular person.
I will also harness the huge number of mineral resources we have towards moving the country forward in order to provide jobs opportunities for the young people in the country.
I notice that over some decades, we have traded our mineral resources and refined it in other nations but yet the country is not balance due to increment in poverty.
I will ensure that I build companies and focus on at least 4 to 5 mineral resources that will help contribute to economic stability of the country and also partnership with other private companies towards the development of the country and for the betterment of our dear citizens.

I believe that through capacity building they will be able to be well trained and also ensure that they don’t just act with full force but smart through their actions.
Therefore, when you have the opportunity to be a leader, remember to show a sign of transparency and be truthful in your leadership because nothing lasts forever. And also remember to create a good legacy by making impacts or contributions towards humanity and society because a society grows great when good people do things for other people.
